Do you offer a discount on bulk orders?
Yes, we do. Contact us for more information on quantities that qualify for bulk pricing.
Do I get to review my design before it is etched on one of your products?
Absolutely. Before we get to work, we send you a digital example for approval.
What type of file should I upload for my design?
We accept all different file types and work to create the best design we can with what you submit. However, we prefer EPS, AI, EPS, or PDF.ai (Adobe Illustrator) files. Other common file types include PNG, JPG, TIF, and GIF.png and .jpeg.
What if I don’t have a design or logo but would like one created?
You’re in luck. Here at Itching for Etching, we can design you a logo and print it on one of our custom products. Call us today if you need assistance creating a unique design. Our designers are here to help.
Can you print college logos on my product?
Yes. We have a variety of logos to choose from. You also have the option of personalizing your product with your name or something else in addition to having the logo.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Depending on the size of your order, it will arrive within five to ten business days. Smaller orders ship out quicker and orders of 20 products or more will take longer. We let you know what the estimated ship date will be on orders of 40 or more. All orders are shipped via USPS and you have the option of priority and priority express shipping.
Will you notify me when my order ships?
Yes, we will send you an email with a tracking code when your order ships.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and Discover, and we accept PayPal as a form of payment as well.
Do you provide services for rush orders?
We work diligently to complete all rush orders to your satisfaction. Call us if you have a rush order so we can learn more about your specifications.
